"Faced with meeting ITAR requirements before we could ship to a customer we turned to LCS to guide us through the regulation maze. LCS proposed a two pronged strategy.

First, to meet our customer's pressing need for product we became ITAR compliant and obtained a multi-year export license. We shipped product enabling the customer to meet their pressing deadline as a supplier to the Lockheed Martin Aerospace F35/JSF program.

Second, following LCS's guidance we launched a Department of State Commodity Jurisdiction Request which ultimately relieved our company from being under ITAR regulations for our products. But with that ruling came the further need to undergo a review by the Department of Commerce which in time ruled again that our products do not fall under DOC licensing requirements. We can ship to any customer not blacklisted. For us that is 100% success.

Without LCS's knowledge, expertise and contacts we would not have been able to clearly determine that for our products neither ITAR nor EAR restrictions apply. "LCS is like having our own Compliance and Logistics team in-house. I did not have the resources, bandwidth or expertise to ensure we were compliant with EAR and ITAR regulations as well as Import regulations.
