LCS is proud to announce that we will soon launch a full-service third-party fulfillment center. In addition to the processing of our clients orders we will also provide inventory management, distribution, returns management and packaging services. LCS will provide complete value-add solutions from order to fulfillment. Our services allow our Clients to focus on product development, sales & marketing and we take it from there.Our experienced professionals will translate our Clients requirements into activities that will be accomplished with operational excellence. Fulfillment

Packaging

Distribution
LCS will provide warehousing and distribution solutions for a variety of industries and can accommodate any inventory required by our clients. Our facility will service clients on a global scale and will be secured and manned by skilled, experienced personnel. We will combine bin, bulk and pallet racked areas for cost efficient storage.
Returns Management Services (RMA)
Returns are a regrettable but recurring reality for many of our clients. LCS can help to make the most out of this negative through our returns management services. We will develop tailored, client-specific processes that aid in minimizing the costs associated with returns handling, and quickly get your product back into inventory as shippable finished goods (for those items that can be refurbished). For those that can't be refurbished we can dispose of the goods in a variety of manners.- Destruction of returned materials (CDs, packaging, etc.)
- Certified destruction (electronics precious metal, etc.)
- Legally compliant disposal (i.e.WEEE)

Inventory Management
At LCS, we will have strict quality control systems and procedures in place to maintain the highest inventory accuracy throughout all of our functions. We will keep processes simple and easy to implement and ensure every member of our staff takes ownership of inventory accuracy and what it takes to ensure ongoing accuracy. We will make our clients aware of obsolete and slow moving inventory and work with them to timely resolve MRB issues.
